Body: AISI 4140 alloy steel with NACE compliant heat treatment
Flapper: 17-4PH stainless steel with Stellite hard-facing
Spring: Inconel X-750 for high temperature service
Seals: HNBR or Viton for H2S service
Threads: API connections with anti-gall coating
Control Line: 1/4" stainless steel tubing
