Temperature Range
Service Temperature: -46°C to 260°C (-50°F to 500°F) with PEEK seats. Metal seats extend range to 538°C (1000°F). Fire-safe design per API 607

Body: Forged steel ASTM A105 or stainless steel 316 CF8M with trunnion-mounted design
Ball: 316 stainless steel with hard chrome plating
Stem: 17-4PH stainless steel with live-loaded packing
Seats: PEEK or metal seats with spring energizer
Actuator: Scotch yoke pneumatic with position feedback
Seals: Viton or Kalrez for chemical compatibility
