ANSI Class 150-600 (PN16-PN100): Class 150 (275 PSI), Class 300 (720 PSI), Class 600 (1440 PSI). Twin seal design ensures bubble-tight shutoff with low operating torque
Temperature Range
Service Temperature: -29°C to 260°C (-20°F to 500°F) with PTFE seals. High temperature: Up to 427°C (800°F) with graphite seals and metal backup

Body: Carbon steel ASTM A216 WCB with precision bored barrel
Plug: 316 stainless steel with hard chrome plating and diamond-lapped sealing surface
Primary Seal: PTFE sleeve with spring energizer

Bonnet: Cast steel with bolted construction
